What are mentorship programs?

Mentorship programs are structured learning experiences guided by an experienced industry practitioner. Instead of just learning theory, you work on real-world tasks, receive ongoing support and feedback, and build a clear professional development path.
These programs are designed for IT professionals who want to:
- Systematize their knowledge;
- Confidently transition to working with cloud technologies;
- Gain hands-on experience close to real project work.
The training is based on adapted best-in-class official vendor programs and enriched with the practical experience of an architect and instructor with over 20 years of expertise.
Mentorship programs are not just about learning — they’re about personalized guidance from an expert who helps you move at your own pace and focus on what matters most. You’ll work on practical tasks, get meaningful feedback, and become part of a professional community.
The Role of the Mentor
A mentor is an experienced professional who not only possesses deep theoretical knowledge but also hands-on expertise in their field. They are not just a teacher, but a guide who supports, advises, helps solve complex issues, and shares professional insights. The mentor personally monitors your progress, helps avoid common mistakes, and motivates you to move forward.
Individual Approach
The training programs cover key areas of modern IT infrastructure — from cloud environments to automation and data analytics. Emphasis is placed on the practical application of technologies in project-based and corporate environments.
